Our Position on Refunds
WebsiteIn72 operates on a fundamentally different model from traditional web agencies — and that difference makes a refund policy almost irrelevant.
We do not take your money before we deliver.
This is not a small print caveat. It is the foundation of how we do business.
How Our Payment Model Works
Every project at WebsiteIn72 follows our Proof of Service process:
- We build first. You provide your brief, we get to work, and we deliver a fully functional live preview of your website within 72 hours — at no cost to you.
- You review. You take as much time as you need to evaluate the delivered website against your expectations.
- You decide. If you love it, you approve it and we invoice you. If you do not love it, you say so — and you walk away without paying a single cent.
- Payment only follows acceptance. We request payment exclusively after you have reviewed and formally accepted the completed website.
Because we never charge you upfront, there is nothing to refund. The financial risk sits entirely with us, not with you.
No Money-Back Guarantee
We do not offer a money-back guarantee, and we do not need to.
A money-back guarantee exists to compensate for the risk of paying before you know what you are getting. At WebsiteIn72, you never face that risk. You see the finished product before you pay. If it does not meet your expectations, you do not pay. It is that straightforward.
Once you have reviewed the delivered website and formally accepted it — whether in writing or verbally — the transaction is considered complete and final. At that point, payment is due and no refunds will be issued.
What Happens If You Are Unhappy
Before acceptance, your options are clear:
- Request revisions. We include up to two rounds of revisions before acceptance at no charge. If the delivered website is not quite right, tell us what needs to change and we will revise it.
- Walk away. If after revisions the website still does not meet your expectations, you are free to decline it. No invoice will be raised. No payment will be owed.
We built our business on the confidence that our work will speak for itself. If it does not, we do not expect you to pay for it.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical fault resulting in an incorrect payment, we will investigate promptly and issue a correction or credit as appropriate. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
