Welcome to WebsiteIn72. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at websitein72.shop and any services we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About WebsiteIn72

WebsiteIn72 is a professional web design and development service operated by Rajeeb M. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We specialise in delivering complete, high-performance WordPress websites within 72 hours of project commencement. Our business operates globally, with primary service delivery from the United Arab Emirates.

2. Our Service Model — Proof of Service

WebsiteIn72 operates on a Proof of Service model. This means:

• We build your website first and present you with a fully functional live preview before any payment is requested.
• You are under no obligation to pay until you have reviewed the delivered work and are fully satisfied.
• Payment is only requested after you formally accept and approve the completed website.
• If you are not satisfied with the delivered website, you may decline it — and no charge will be applied.

This model eliminates financial risk for the client and reflects our confidence in the quality of our work.

3. Scope of Services

Our standard package includes a 5–6 page custom WordPress website, mobile-responsive design, basic on-page SEO setup, contact and lead capture forms, SSL certificate installation, Google Analytics integration, 30 days of post-launch support, and free domain and hosting for the first year (where included in the agreed package). Any services outside this scope must be agreed in writing and may attract additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable timely delivery, the client agrees to provide all required content (text, images, logo, brand guidelines) within 48 hours of project commencement, or accept that placeholder content may be used in the initial preview. The client must respond to review requests promptly, ensure all submitted materials do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and not use the delivered website for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

5. Payment Terms

No advance payment or deposit is required to initiate a project. Full payment is due only upon your written or verbal acceptance of the completed website. Invoices must be settled within 7 days of acceptance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership and access to the delivered website remain with WebsiteIn72 until full payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the custom design and content created specifically for your project are transferred to you. WebsiteIn72 retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project acceptance. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, themes) remain subject to their respective licences. You retain full ownership of all content and materials you supply to us.

7. Revisions

We include up to two rounds of revisions before the project acceptance stage at no additional charge. Revisions requested after formal acceptance, or which constitute a significant change in scope, may be subject to additional fees agreed in writing.

8. Timelines

We commit to delivering your website preview within 72 hours of receiving all required client content and confirming project details. Delays caused by the client in providing content or feedback will extend the delivery timeline accordingly. WebsiteIn72 is not liable for delays caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebsiteIn72 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or security breaches occurring after the website has been handed over and accepted by the client.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information shared during the project as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project prior to client acceptance. If the client terminates a project after work has commenced but before acceptance, no payment is owed unless otherwise agreed in writing. WebsiteIn72 reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at its sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued engagement with our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
